Bizrate is a company that solicits feedback from our customers after they’ve made a purchase on TireBuyer.com. They use surveys to ask a variety of questions, including:

In 2012 and 2013 we won the Circle of Excellence Award; 2014 is our first year as a Platinum award winner. This honor puts us in the top 1.7% of all the companies in the Bizrate network, in a pretty awesome group that includes online legends like Zappos.com and Crutchfield.com.
