TireBuyer wins 2016 Bizrate Circle of Excellence Platinum Award
Usually here on the blog we like to stay focused on tires, wheels, and cars. But once every year, something big happens in the world of customer service: The Bizrate Circle of Excellence Award. We’ve won this prestigious award every year since 2012, and we just found out that this year, we won the Platinum version.
The Circle of Excellence Platinum Award is given to just 2.7% of more than 3,500 eligible retailers in North America – so it’s kind of a big deal! Bizrate surveys shoppers after they complete an order on TireBuyer.com, on several key indicators of satisfaction including overall satisfaction, intent to purchase again, satisfaction with customer support, and on-time delivery. Award winners are chosen based on these survey responses.
