Looking back at 2017…and forward to 2018

2017 has been a great year here at TireBuyer HQ. We helped hundreds of thousands of customers find the perfect tires, both on our website and through our dedicated tire experts in the TireBuyer customer service center. We also helped many of those customers get fast, easy installation for their new tires, through our growing network of installer partners across the nation. And we launched four great new tire brands, in our quest to help you get the exact tires you want! Read on for more about the year at TireBuyer.

New tire brands: Ironman, Cooper, Falken, and Toyo

We started selling Ironman, Cooper, and Falken tires in the first half of 2017 and they have quickly become some of our most popular brands.

Ironman tires are known for high quality at a value price. Standouts include the Ironman All Country A/T, for rugged all-terrain performance at a fraction of the price you’d expect to pay, and the Ironman iMove Gen 2 AS, a great all-around, all-season performer.

With many styles made in the United States, Cooper tires are a customer favorite. Check out the Cooper Discoverer STT Pro, the brand’s most extreme truck tire ever, or the Cooper Zeon RS3 G1, an ultra-high performance tire that delivers an ideal balance of exhilarating handling and all-season versatility.

Falken tires are coveted by people who love to drive – whether their vehicle of choice is a burly truck or a sleek sports car. Arguably our most popular Falken tire, the Falken Wildpeak A/T 3W serves up the deepest tread in the all-terrain category. Also check out the Falken Ziex ZE950 A/S – our customers love this high-performance all-season tire so much, they’ve rated it 4.9 stars out of 5!

We started selling Toyo tires in mid-October, and our customers love them just as much as we do. We’re especially excited about the Toyo Celsius – one of the first true year-round tires. The Celsius delivers the versatility and long tread life of an all-season tire, plus the snow/ice traction and safety of a winter tire. If you’re looking for all-terrain performance, check out the Toyo Open Country R/T, which performs brilliantly on and off the road.

Note: Toyo tires are not available in all areas.

The TireBuyer installer network keeps on growing

We’ve partnered with top-notch tire installers all over the country, for the fastest, easiest installation of your new tires. This year we continued to expand our installer network, and we now have well over 9,000 installers across the country! As always, please feel free to give us a call if we can help!

  1. Would like to have the tires mounted and balanced by you and not by a dealer in my area. Want high end center line balancing and the tires and rims ready to mount on my car. Yes, I will mount them. I have yet to find a tire dealer that still uses a old fashion torque wrench and not a ‘magic torque bar or what ever’. I will have to say that Costco does use a torque wrench, but they are limited on brands of tires.
